The office staff and doc at seven seas are wonderful. After reading the other reviews on here I have a hard time believing these and maybe most of the Ill experience wasn't all the offices fault. As the office is open on Saturdays I feel like it's totally understandable why they would decide to close on Wednesday, everyone, even a dentists deserves to have 2 days off a week. As for the hours, not every business can be open until 10pm to accommodate work and school schedules. I have had my kids appts rescheduled 2x at seven seas. The first bc of their dental chair not working properly, which idk why I would be mad at, they didn't break it on purpose, and the receptionist that called was very apologetic and rescheduled me to a day that worked best for me. The second time was because Dr Evans son had been in the emergency room, again why would I be angry at that, he has a family just like me. Again the staff was more then able to work with me and reschedule my appointment. As for the confirmation calls I have always received one the day before my appointments as a reminder. As a women who used to work in a medical office, I can tell you that those are a courtesy. My office NEVER did them and left it up to the patients to rememeber scheduled times. Also why is it dr Evans job to remind you about your kids appointment, THEYRE YOUR KIDS! I'm sorry but some of these parents on here do not take enough responsibility for there lack of follow thru. This office is one of the only clean and genuinely caring office I've been to. The office manager Lauren is one of the busiest looking people in there. The multiple times we have been there she has been up and down the hallways and even popped her head into my daughters exam room to let me know what she figured out my insurance coverage that I had no idea about lol! She also greeted my daughter at the door by her first name the second time we were there! Two thumbs way up for these guys!! Great people!

I had an appointment that I waited a while for but when I went in they decided to tell me their suction cups weren't working, they rescheduled and never called for a reminder and Maryann tells me that they didn't have to it's just a courtesy! Made an appointment for next acaible which was about a month a half later and when I called in I was told I already missed the appointments I told them I made them a while ago I thought I'd get a phone call and she telling me they called (which they didn't!) and said I have a history of missing appointments! Not apologetic at all and had a nasty attitude! Switched out for good and having all family members that I refereed switched out!!

I have an autistic son, and the staff were extremely accommodating. In particular, Dr. Brown is absolutely wonderful and patient, and for the first time, my children look forward to going to the dentist.

We went to seven seas because we are patient's at sunshine orthodontics. They had us pay estimated cost at time of service even though we have insurance. Their estimate was wrong on every visit. To high. They would then owe us money and be slow about the refund. They also billed my insurance for pulling 2 teeth from my son when they pulled 1. This estimate was never refunded. Their story to defend it has changed several times. I do not recommend them due to their billing practices
