We had a coupon from the entertainment book for 50% off any regular pizza. I live in the village of Wappingers and drove all the way to this location just to get the 50% off because the location closest to me would not honor a coupon from the entertainment book. When we got there the girl that took care of us said the entertainment book made a mistake, the coupon was only good for 25% off. Instead of arguing with her, which was a mistake on my part, I purchased the pizza anyway. When I walked out of there, my boyfriend and I realized that she didn't give us 25%off the total price. I called them to complain, spoke to the manager and expressed that it was poor customer service and the coupon should have been honored for the 50% off. He said to me "the entertainment book made a mistake and there is nothing I can do about it". I also explained that they did not give us 25% off either. He says we had toppings and that the coupon was only good for a plain cheese pie. The coupon did not state anywhere on it that the offer was only good for a plain cheese pie. I argued with him and told him that I was going to write a bad review....he says "then go ahead and write a review, I can not do anything about the coupon, the entertainment book made a mistake and it is not our problem" I will never ever go back there again. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. He didn't care about anything that I had to say. He could have most certainly done something but he didn't.
