Dr. Weiss and his staff are #1 in my book! I found him about 5 years ago when I started bringing my cats just for normal checkups and shots. I was amazed by how he explained everything in great detail and was so thorough in his exams. I feel like my doctor isn't that thorough! He and his staff truly have a love for animals. It's written all over their faces when I come in (and one of my cats is not so friendly). Stephanie always has a smile on her face and makes you feel so welcome. Dr. Weiss is quite the comedian too and I always laugh when I'm there. But more importantly he saved my cat's life. One of our cats (who has since passed away at the ripe old of 16 years) started acting very lethargic, wouldn't eat, wouldn't move! We thought "this is the end, this is it." Wanting to spend one more night with him, we brought him in the next day. After some bloodwork Dr. Weiss diagnosed him with hyperthyroid disease and anemia. He was prescribed medicine and lived for another 2 years!

Our pets are our babies and we are very protective of them! Not just any vet will do! After trying several vets, we stumbled upon Airport Vet Center and we are so glad that we did! Stephanie is wonderful to talk to and answers every single question that you have ? as the first person contact it was a pleasure and relief to find her! When we got to meet Dr. Weiss, he sealed the deal! He is patient, kind and caring both to us and our pets and he is always up to date on the latest medical information! He has a wonderful personality, and speaks so you can completely understand what he is talking about. We highly recommend you visit Airport Vet and meet them for yourselves! You won?t regret it! We sure don?t and now we have a FUREVER VET!!! Oh and they also have Grooming services in their office and the Groomer, Nicole, is a pleasure as well!!

i.e., A local favWhen taking my pet to this vet I felt like the staff was VERY rude and unhelpfull! The doctor would not let my pet get used to the place before trying to grab him out of the cage. When I asked him to do so I was told I was paying for the doctors time and if I wanted to let the pet sit he would charge me. Then he wanted to sedate the pet instead of giving him time to adjust. When I said I was not comfortable with that they faught with me. My pet loves everyone and is by no means difficult, this vet was not animal friendly at all. He talked to me rudely with every word he said made me mad. I did not like the way he treated my pet. I basically paid him to tell me stuff I already know. Save the trouble and bring your pet somewhere better.
