I love this place! i had brought in a bunch of heavy scrap steel . i mentioned it to the cashier guy in office and he asked one of his guys to go help me unload the heavy scrap. They are awesome. No other scrap yard does this that i have been to. Certain times of the day they are busy and you may have to wait. The workers are professional & helpful. Never had a problem with them. i am a repeat (female) customer for life!

I went to go re register my car and was told by the DMV that according to the cars vin # the car had been totaled and scrapped by a place called AW Scrap Processors inc. in wappingers. (the car is sitting in my driveway so this must have been quit a magic trick) anyway I have been calling this company all week THEY ARE VERY RUDE!! so I finally called today because I needed some answers because they obviously dont check the vin # on the cars they scrap.... anyway I was hung up on, then called back very irritaed demanding answers telling them that I will give them a bad review on line... they said they would call the cops on me for "harassment" because I was calling to find out the status of my car without any answers and they also said they would call the cops because I was "threatening him" by saying I was going to post a bad review. After hearing this I got even more angry saying they need to solve this problem its their fault! the guy on the phone then said to me oooo your feisty are you married?!?!?!?! OMG I still have no answers from them except to call the dmv putting the blame on them. please please please dont ever do business with them... I felt sexually harrased on the phone and talked to horribly and the worst part is they dont check the vin # of cars they scrap which leads me to believe they are dealing with shady people who steal cars. repost repost please and if you need parts or looking for a car do business some place else!

The guys were very helpful, carried my stuff from my car to the scale, and told me where I needed to go. I'd definitely go back.
