They get 1 star for the fact that they did pick up the items to be cleaned. Not please at all with their service. They were recommended by Allstate to clean clothing and linens after a puff back occured in my father's home. They picked up the items to be cleaned in the first week of May. Today is May 25 and they can not give me a delivery date ! ! ! Will never allow them to clean anything again. Sending a complaint to Allstates corporate offices. Ziegele - Bauer Family
