Really poor company. My father passed away and I alerted them. They told me I couldn't do anything without being the executor of the estate, well that takes time. In the month and a half it took me to be the executor of the estate, these guys LAUGHED at my father's death, charged nearly $75 in "late payment fees" and charged $25 to have his service disconnected. Best of all the "late payment notice" had a "last possible due date on it of July 13... guess when I got that letter? July 13... Total scum bags.

I would never deal with this company if I didn't have to. If It were possible to give them zero stars I would. The most rude staff I have ever met.
