In response to Mr. Higgins with all due respect. We were prompt , very professional, and very fairly priced. We performed our work ethically and with integrity , as well with highest standard of quality crafstmenship as we do for all our customers.
in this business we must order our concrete from ready mixed concrete plants
who provide the concrete for us to provide our services. In this case unfortunately we were provided with concrete mix from the ready mix company that was batched with extremely high quanity of shale type rock which is very pourous and weak.
Going into the first winter after we had poured Mr. Higgins driveway along with unseasonably cold temperatures well below normal for our region and the excessive amount of pourous rock that was batched into the concrete provided by the ready mix company was recipe for the scaling that took place to his driveway.
Representives from the ready mix company had come out and concluded that the concrete provided was completely the cause of the scaling that took place to his driveway and reason for the problem.
Representives made it clear that it was not due too anything we had done and even complimented work we had performed and was willing to provide new concrete to replace the bad concrete. We were not in position to replace the drive a second time fast enough for free of charge which i offered the customer if the ready mix company provided new concrete to replace the bad concrete free of charge which they were going to do. We were not the cause of the problem and in no way responsible to replace the bad concrete free of charge which i offered to do.
We are very professional and very customer oriented and stand behind our work. Customer service and customer satisfaction is our number one priority for all our customers , for builders and private homeowners.
We take great pride in what we do and are known for high quality work. Its unfortunate that no matter how much or no matter what you do their are some people that you can't make happy.

One of the worst contractors I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The driveway he installed in the summer of 2013 began to flake, crack and "popout" in early 2014. We immediately contacted the owner (Bernie Fiorelli). Bernie originally blamed everything from a poor mix to rock salt from our car tires for the driveway falling apart. He eventually agreed (after months of haggling) to replace the driveway in early 2015. It is now January 2016 and I have heard nothing from Bernie for 9 months. The lack of professionalism and follow through is mind boggling. We have hired an attorney and are proceeding with a lawsuit for breach of contract and defective workmanship. Terrible, terrible experience.
