Do not have your taxes done here. I ended up having to double check all their work after seeing typos throughout. Several times, I asked for confirmation that my taxes were submitted in time, but was just told that I didn't need to worry about it. Later, the IRS charged me with a late fee. 9 months later, I receive a threatening call saying that they'd send me to collections. Turns out that they sent the bill to the wrong address. When I asked to send the bill to my email (since its faster), the bill charged me for services I had paid for already. I am still waiting for a corrected bill. They also are charging me for our email correspondence, of which many were regarding corrections to their work.
