Provided by YP.comI had a kiddie bike. The bicycle was $50 and almost fully assembled. Only a bit of tweaking needed to be done. The owner asked for $70 to do the needful and was so rigid that I would never go back (I was looking to purchase a bike soon too).

I am sorry, but the cost of the bike is irrelevant to the time necessary to ensure safety. We have no way of knowing what has or has not been properly adjusted. A poorly assembled bike can be very dangerous. Someone has to care - Frank
