I wish I had read the reviews before buying my shocks from them. they sent the wrong part and when I tried to return it they said they had no record of the purchase. I loss 200 dollars, why does e-bay allow them to ruin their name, get rid of them

JL Concepts sent incomplete order. Several attempts to contact them were useless as well as the part/s. They will make no attempt at customer satisfaction and misrepresent the truth in order for a negative review to be retracted.

Rip off scam. DONT buy from here. they'll sell you the wrong part and then charge you to return it

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY

WARNING - You will waste your time and money dealing with JL... This company is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!! I didn't just take the word of their marginal applications''section of their eBay auctions - I WROTE TO THEM giving them the dimensions of a Hyundai trunk light and THEY GAVE ME THE PART NUMBER to order. WRONG, the bulb was 3/8" too long and they said "just try bending the fixture!!!" Impossible. I thought that I would give them a second try with one of the oldest and most common auto bulbs for decades - the 1156 back-up/license plate/marker lights. THEY AGAIN SUPPLIED THE "CORRECT"NUMBER and again it was WRONG!!! Their LED bulb will not even seat into the socket because it has a 3mm shoulder that does NOT allow it to push into the socket.

Sure, they continue to offer REFUNDS WHEN YOU PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE ON THEIR CRAPPY PRODUCTS but YOU have wasted time and money ad still have no working bulbs. Then you deal with arrogant IDIOTS like "LEONARDO" who, when I asked for another person to talk to came back faking a female voice saying he was now Allyssa. He's a liar, their parts are junk and you WILL WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY buying from them!!!
