We've lived in our home for 43 years and decided to remodel our kitchen, both bathrooms, and rebuild our deck. Cedar Construction completed the job in an efficient and professional manner. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would recommend Cedar Construction to anyone looking for renovations or new construction.

We contacted 3 different contractors and Cedar Construction was the first one to get back to us. I requested 2 estimates, 1 for the complete job and 1 for just the shell. We are adding an addition to our second floor, a master suite. Rich gave me the estimates I requested. We hired Cedar Construction and when the time came they were here and working. The Cedar Construction crew works like a well oiled machine, I have never seen such fast quality work performed before. They were very accommodating with changes made during the construction process. Any question I had they were more than happy to answer regardless of how trivial it might have seemed. Price wise I feel as if Cedar Construction is more than fair,they are more than willing to work with us as far as the financing goes. I HIGHLY recommend Cedar Construction and if I have any further need for a contractor or just some help with a smaller project they are my go to guys from now on.

Our dream house was a reality thanks to Rich and Cedar Construction. He made the construction process very easy from the financial point of view, once we never had to put money up front for any construction phase because Rich assumed the costs until the bank released the money. Our engagement started when he recommended the so valuable Geothermal technique for the heating and cooling system. With this, so cold winter, we already saved over $2,000 compared to our last year heating expenses (up to February) and we are still waiting for our taxes return. We were very pleased with the professional and reliable work Rich and his subcontractors completed. Rich went beyond expectations regarding budget, timing and special details we requested. It was very gratifying to hear from the building department inspector to say: “That inspection is easy, that builder is one of the very few around here that know what he is doing”. We recommend Cedar construction without reservation to anyone that wants to enjoy the building process as we did.

My wife and I hired Cedar Construction to build our new home. Budget and staying within it was our number one priority. Rich met with us multiple times to ensure that we had all the right numbers for the house and we were comfortable with them. A few months later our house was complete and we came in under budget. Rich is on the job site everyday which is run productively and professionally. All of the contractors work was completed neatly and in a timely manner. The work done on my house by Cedar Construction was outstanding! Last fall my house needed a tremendous amount of work. My roof and windows needed to be replaced. The sunroom sagged. New footings and beams were installed. The upstairs bathroom was gutted . Stunning tile work, a new tub and toilet complete my new bathroom. Numerous walls required to be spackled. The list goes on. Rich Benincasa orchestrated this immense job. His coordination left me at ease and I was thrilled with the results. My house looks like an entirely new place!

Although reluctant at first we are very pleased with our Geo Thermal heating, air conditioning and hot water. It has kept our heating costs minimal in the winter and coupled with the 30% tax credit on the entire system it should pay for itself in 2 years.
