Provided by YP.comHad an amazing first experience with my 6 month old puppy. Our puppy has a hard time staying still as grooming is very new to her. The owners were so understanding and nice about it and not to mention so friendly. I was unsure how the cut would turn out because of this and i have to say the cut exceeded my expectations. Plus our puppy smells AMAZING!!! I would love to actually buy the shampoo that was used because we havent found one that even came close. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a groomer

Provided by YP.comFirst grooming visit today - June 10, 2015. Our 8 month old Maltese male looks great!! We are from NH and visited here based on my brothers recommendation. Until our new home is ready for occupancy in NH we will continue to return here for grooming. Staff was very friendly and the grooming was perfect for our puppy!

Provided by YPmobiledo not recommend bringing your pet here. We have been bringing our Bernese mountain dog there for 5 years. Today, I dropped her off like I normally do, told the owner she needed a brush out and bath, same as they always do. Owner calls me at 2:30, says she will be done at 3:30. I get there at 3:30 and I'm not kidding I did not recognize her when they brought her out. Some lady was there and I asked her what the f... they did to my dog. She said there was a "mistake". Some idiot completely shaved - down to the skin- my double coated dog in the middle of winter. The women apologized and said the fur would grow back. I tried to explain to her that it would takes MONTHS, maybe by summer my dog have a cost. You are never ever supposed to shave a double coated breed (expect if it's a medical reason) - their coat is there to protect them from the heat and the cold. Now my dog has no protection from the cold. She didn't seem to understand. Clearly the people that work there no nothing about dog breeds. What's more, is at 2:30 when the owner called me, he obviously knew at that point what happened, but apparently didn't have the balls to tell me, or even talk to me when I got there. That is the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced, especially being a loyal customer. I had to buy my 100 pound dog sweaters and a coat. And now I'm going to have to limit her time outside, even though she was breed for weather and she loves it. It's not just a mistake, it's unacceptable. Do not bring your pet here.

Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE! One of the owners, Gary, is the meanest and rudest person I have ever met. After 6 years of being a loyal customer, Gary yelled at me when I showed up for an appointment that was booked by his employee. Apparently he was too busy for me and lost it. He actually said to me, "you're nothing but trouble, you're constantly asking to pick up your dog early." Meanwhile, I have NEVER ever- not even once- asked to pick my dog up early. He put me down, was rude, and screamed at me and my cancer-stricken dog. I left shaking and in tears. I now go to Muddy Puppy in Wallingford and realize how customers and their loved ones should be treated. They are fantastic and groom my baby 100 times better than Village Pet Spa ever did.
