reason I feel comfortable keeping the car is because of the service and insight Joe provides. He allows us to drive our vehicles well into 100K + miles but still feel safe doing it. Rachel is a great addition helping expedite drop off, rental car and pick up. I always get in and out quickly, and typically with a good laugh or two. Thanks to Joe and Team!

I wish that I could give a positive review for vertuccis but I sadly cannot. I have a land rover discovery that I was told by Joe had head gasket problems among other things. Well they had my truck for months, I spent around $5000 and was eventually told that I would need a whole new engine after the entire top half was rebuilt. I wasted so much money and they would not offer any deal to fix the engine even though they misdiagnosed the problem to start with. I will not send anyone I know there, I would actually advise against it. My husband and I were very nice and understanding of it taking so long and having to bring it back so many times and I feel we were taken advantage of. My truck wouldn't even pass emissions after all that. I figured they are expensive but I am a believer that you get what you pay for and in this case that was horribly wrong.

I was referred to Vertuccis while shopping, met a guy who drove the same vehicle, he couldn't say enough good about this place. SO, I gave it a shot... Made an appointment and I was astonished how well they treated me...I was a stranger to Vertucci Automotive, I never have done business with them. They not only did they completed the job early but perfectly! They made sure I had transportation to / from wk! I just want to let everyone who's inquiring know...I had THE BEST experience EVER! I live in Tolland, which is a bit of a drive but it was well worth it! THANK YOU JOE!

I was very pleased with my service at Vertucci. They peformed my oil change at $10 less than they originally quoted, and they replaced my directional bulb at no cost. I will definitely return there.

Friendly, quick and clean enviornment with a clear explanation of what work is suggested and what work will be performed on your vehicle. To top things off Vertucci Auto was half the cost my M-B dealer quote. Keep up the good work.

I always rely on Joe to do the needed repairs on my car. Rachael is always friendly and helpful and gets me in for my repairs as soon as I need the done.

Again Vertucci’s service proved to be an excellent value. The employees servicing the vehicle are professional, polite and skilled at their job. Joe and his staff out front make you feel at home and confident. Your repairs will be done correctly and on time. He will continue to have my business.

I purchased my MB E350-4matic in December '09 and I waited a few months before I would comment. Salesman "Tony" gave me a good price on the vehicle and gave me a good price on my trade. I didn't leave there feeling like I got "ripped off " - like you do at alot of other dealerships. I felt I paid a fair price given how they worked with me on the price I wanted to pay and what they gave me for my trade.

If you're in the market for a quality used import, definitely give these guys a chance. They are No Pressure and are willing to work with you. I test drove several cars in the span of 3 weeks before I made up my mind. Nothing mechanically wrong with my MB so far, I'll need to take it in for standard service soon but I'll definitely take it to Vertucci to do the maintenance. - JohnnyM
