My parked car was hit one morn...

My parked car was hit one morning and suffered significant damage. I took it to Pawloski's auto and the girl who hit me ins covered everything. When I got the car back I was very pleased with the visual work, except my alignment was WAY off. When I went back to Pawloski's STEVE (who I think is the manager) told me that I “probably just didn't notice that the alignment was before because I'm used to driving it”. I explained to him that this is not the issue. My car was pulling SO bad ly that my girlfriend following me earlier that day comment on it – this is not something that one would not notice. He then responded, “too bad, I didn't put it in the original estimate, the ins company wont cover it – call them”.

Horrified by his dismissal and rudeness, I called my ins company, who called Steve. Steve told my ins that “my strut was making noise and that is why my alignment is off” (NOTE: the strut doesn’t effect alignment). But my ins company instrusted me to contact StateFarm because they actually covered the accident (this is the ins co of girl who hit me).

When I contacted StateFarm they agreed that the alignment should be fixed and that they would pay for it. They (rightfully) did not understand whey the autobody place was fighting me on this issue. Upon contacting Pawloski's Steve told this ins company that my alignment was off because I had a dent on my driver side door. I explained to StateFarm that the dent steve was referring to happened years prior to this incident and my car has been aligned since then. Not to mention my car was pushed from a parked position with the E break on, up over a curb and at least 20 feet into bushes... how could this not effect the alignment?! StateFarm agreed and called Pawloski's again.

After 4 different excuses (“you must have not noticed it before” “Too bad, it wasn't in the original estimate” “It's because the strut is making noise” “It's because there is a dent on the driver side door”), it appeared that Steve finally ran out of lies and agreed that my alignment issue was indeed a product of this accident.(duh)

Please note that although it's not my ins company I was VERY happy with StateFarm. They should be praised in this rating for helping me during this time of frustration. Everyone else that worked at Pawloski's also seemed very nice. But Steve (who appears to be in charge) is clearly a lazy liar who did not respect me (maybe because I’m a young girl?) and tried to jip me out of a properly fixed car.

I advise that until new management is put into place DO NOT go to Pawloski's. I am so disguised with the way that I was treated that I am now going to post this review on every website I can find in hopes that no one else has to go through such a horrible experience. No one deserves to be treated so poorly and lied to.
