Masters has been in business since 1972 and actually started life as Masters Refrigeration Service. The company incorporated in 1992 under the current name of Masters Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. The original office for Masters was in Meriden on the dining room table of our vice president; moving to Wallingford in 1988. The three existing officers were, and still are, employees of the company; taking over the controls in 1998.Thomas Dunkin, president, has been with the company for over 25 years. Charles Bowlby, Sr., vice president, is one of the originators of the company. Christine Jarvis-Hay, secretary/treasurer, has been with the company for over 20 years. Masters Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is fully insured for any project small or large, participates in the State of Connecticut's apprenticeship program, and is a member of The Connecticut Heating and Cooling Association.
