Dishonest company. Took 2 uplink kits and Greg Rivenbark said he would send $500.00 refund. He never sent a check and will not answer my calls.

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Their monitoring company did not call the constable when I pushed my panic button because they did not have the number.

My mother & I had uplink boxes installed. Greg Rivenbark agreed to get the uplink boxes and give us $500.00 credit. These boxes cannot be used by another monitoring company.

This company took the 2 uplink kits and Greg said he would mail the check for $500.00.

He never sent the check and will not take my phone calls.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. YOU CANNOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.

When Mike Hughes and Philip Ireland took the uplink boxes from our homes, Mike and Philip wrote on their invoice that the 2 uplink kits were taken and Greg Rivenbark owes check for said kits.

Now my mother & I have to pay our attorney to get them to pay. This company needs to go out of business.
