I called to ask a price for a bracelet I wanted and was told that he would not talk to me on the phone and was too, too busy. I have called many Jewelers and they all spoke to me on the phone. Also he way overcharged a friend of mine, and told her he gave her 10% off! He keeps his huge shaggy dog in his store and you can smell it when you walk in! YUCK, and I love dogs... and supporting local buissness'
