First of all, they did a nice job enclosing my porch/installing my sunroom a couple of years ago. The problem is service after installation. I had a broken window and no idea how it happened. At first Mike was great. He said he would replace it at no charge, however it takes a while to come in. Nothing but problems after that. It came in clouded, wrong color, they lost it, etc. Now he won't even take my phone calls, and -- he never ever calls back. It's been 18 months since I started messing with this and I have given up. I found another company to replace the glass ($250) and they told me that, based on where the crack started, it was probably there to begin with. The service with this company should be 0 stars!
