Welcome to the Rancho Villa RV & Mini Storage! If you are moving or just need extra room for your belongings let Rancho Villa be the choice for your storage needs. Storage Units Rancho Villa has over 460 storage units including 50 RV storage spaces. The facility has many different unit sizes from small to large units as well as outdoor RV storage. Our most common sizes are 6 X 10, 10 X 11, 10 X 22, and 10 X 25. Safety & Security We have an on-site manager and office located directly in front of the facility. The storage area is fenced and accessed through an automatic gate system with video surveillance. There are outdoor cameras throughout the facility to protect your stored property. Our storage area is also made safe with completely lighted grounds at night and by being located in a safe area along Dalles Military Road. Other Information • Gate operates from 6 AM - 9 PM every day of the year • We require use of disc locks for security purposes (we sell them for $7.00 at the office) Rental Fees & Billing • Yearly discounts given. • Monthly Bills are sent 10 days before due date. • Tenants also have the option of paperless billing which means it is delivered to your email address.
