After 2 calls trying to get a hot tub repair scheduled I finally gave up and went with a different company. Then three weeks later in the mail I receive a bill. When I called to ask what this bill was about I instantly received aggressive confrontational talk from the woman. Apparently when they come to "fix" your spa they don't call to let you know before or after. They send you a quote in the mail, which was "lost" then a service call bill. Never did tell me what was wrong with the hot tub, that's if they really did look at it. Do not use this company, totally unprofessional and rude.

I needed help with a hottub for insurance reasons. Insurance needed model ,type. and price. We wanted to replace the tub with one that they sold. They would not help us after 3 phone calls and so they lost out on a $7000.00 sale. They were very rude and I would not recommended them to anyone.
