Alayna Brinton, MSW, LSWAIC owner/operator of Anchor Point Counseling PLLC has been working in mental health since 2007 and had extensive experience with both children, adults, and seniors. Alayna is trained in multiple evidence based techniques and therapeutic approaches and can tailor her strategy to assist clients in meeting their individual goals. Some of Alayna's therapeutic approaches are: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, just to name a few. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, attachment, attention deficit disorder, behavioral or emotional issues related to developmental delay, grief, trauma, and many other psychiatric issues. Alayna serves Walla Walla and the surrounding areas, including in-home visits on a case by case basis. Anchor Point is currently accepting Molina, Medicare, and sliding scale private pay.
