Hello,

We purchased our new home November 2017 and noticed that the home had new 6” gutters and downspouts. We also noticed that one gutter was not draining properly and the home only had gutter guards/screens on one side of the house. After calling all the gutter companies in the Parkersburg, WV area to find out who installed these gutters/downspouts, only James (Russ) with Gutter Direct was nice enough to research and to come over to look at the house. He inspected all gutters/downspouts and scheduled a time to complete everything. He showed up on the scheduled time/date 6/28/18 with a great crew of workers and completed the work effectively and in a timely manner. He did not charge any money for adjustments only for items requested or that needed replaced. Great company with great employees. Highly recommended. Jay Westbrook

We have researched your initials and find no invoice of work for you. We do not offer 4" gutter nor have we ever taken 5-11 days for gutter. Hired them to do a new gutter install. Took 3 days for them to show from the promised date. Worked 3-4 hours at most per day. Job was promised in 5 days, took them 11 days. Was promised 5 inch gutters. They installed 4 inch with no explanation. Offered a $50 refund for the mess up. I would not hire this company if I ever needed gutters again. I would go without.
