Disappointing! Use to be a great place for steak. So had to go back the second time to be sure I just didn't get a bad steak and sure enough the second visit the steak was blah and had no flavor and was tough. No more visits to this place again. Too bad but as usual., Once they are open awhile, quality goes down as prices go up.

This is our family's favorite place to eat for special occassions such as birthdays, graduations, etc. The environment is laid back and they can accomodate our growing family (currently there are 9 of us). The staff is always friendly and attentive to our needs. Usually when we arrive, we are starving and order our drinks (usually ice tea or a walerbedarned(sp?) if feeling especially festive!) and appetizers right away. The blooming onion is my favorite to start off with although the cheesy fries are delicious as well. They bring out our drinks with a couple of loafs of fresh bread and butter. By the time we finish the appetizers and bread, they are coming with our salads. I love their salads, they are so well proportioned and always fresh. I'm usually starting to get full by this time so I share an Outback Special with someone as the main course. Their loaded baked potatoes are wonderfull and they salt their skins...yum! The steaks are always seasoned to perfection...big and juicy. A few bites and my stomach is begging for my eyes to slow down...but today is a special day and the food is a special treat. When I think that I couldn't possibly eat another bite, my dad will order a Thunder From Down Under...A huge brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and creamy whip cream. A couple more bites couldn't possibly hurt :-) Just writing about it has my mouth watering...I'm going Outback Tonight!
