On time, polite, and reasonably priced! I was very surprised that when we called they were able to come out the next day!

Called them to get a bid on plumbing for our new house we're building. We sent them the plans and were told we should have something in 2-3 business days. Called them back after 3 days and no one knew where our file was at first and was told we might have to re-send it. We got a call back 30 mins later saying that the file was on the desk of the person who does their quotes, but this person was out and hadn't been in the office since we first sent the plans. She then told me we should get something the following day(Friday). Still no answer by 1or2 on friday, so we called back repeatedly and no one answered the phone. Called back monday and the lady told me "their prices were the same" as the other company we quoted without me telling her that quote, and that they weren't going to have anything written up for us. I then asked when they would be able to start and she basically told me they were too busy and we should use the other company. Should have told us that from the start!

I was just told that they are too busy to run some lines to an existing part of my home. The lady on the phone was very short as she told me they dont have time to do a small job because they are doing too many new constructions. I used Kents before and was very happy with them. I guess they got too big for my small money. She hung up on me to end the call.

VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS STAFF. DOES GREAT WORK AND THEY ARE EAGER TO PLEASE. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THEY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY WORK. THEY ARE EASY TO CONTACT AT ALL TIMES. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND HONEST AND CARING FAMILY ORIENTED CHRISTIAN PEOPLE.
