I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about my pontiac. i have gotten Multiple vehicles from Jesse and his family. they have always been nothing but kind and helpful. they have always worked with me on payments and service as well as service payments, as long as you do what your supposed to they do more than they should to keep you happy. i have driven my trail blazer i purchased through them for 2 month before the fuel pump left me stranded. thats not something anyone could of predicted and i was aware of that, they towed my vehicle to them free of charge and worked with me to fix it, they were nothing but kind because i have a brain and realize im purchasing a used vehicle and dont treat them like they owe me a vehicle for free. we all learned about the golden rule in elementary school : Treat others how you would like to be treated. reading these few bad reviews has made me sick because i know they are nothing like that and i have seen 1st hand how some people treat them while i was at the office. they still tried to work with them and help them out hen these people where nothing but nasty. ive seen it 1st hand quite a few times. some people need to learn that they arent owed anything and you work for what you want. this society is full of disrespectful freeloading people due to the governments handouts and this is the society we live in. where a small family owned business has to deal with deformation of character due to people who are a menace to society.

I recently just purchased a vehicle fthatrom here later relizing it had a expireded maryland state inspection which is illegel in maryland from this company when I first went in to buy the vehicle I looked at three different vehicles first vehicle did not start second vehicle transmission was slipping which they sold the vehicle the next day when I went to finish my deal to the customers who had no idea it was slippin in which the dealership was aware of. Third vehicle I actually purchased because they gave me a we owe to fix check engine light it has been a month and a half now and the parts that they have promised to fix it still is not fixed if you need a good reliable car go about a mile up the street past Walmart and go to gold star cars I purchased four vehicles from them and never had a problem with them they have the same deal same scheme buy here pay here all you need is money down I say this because the first three vehicles I looked at here had mechanical problems .. purchase the vehicle I purchased had mechanical problems .which I am now filing a case with the motor vehicle consumer Department also with the Maryland State Police and also filing a small claims suit to get my money back for selli g me the ccar illegelly they are very crooked here trying to make a quick dollar not worried about putting you in a safe and reliable car.

I have a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe that I have purchased back in 2013, Kathy is a nasty BITC** she is lucky I cant get to her in person. my vehichle i just found out is dangerous for me to drive after taking it to the hyundai dealership. The service Advisor says mam the lord has been on your side this vehicle is not a safe vehichle for you to be driving.. So called pic& pay to see how much longer i have to pay on this truck.. Kathy tries to argue me up and down that do not do their own inspections and blah blah this and that.. Anyway I am in the process of trying to trade it in and get a safer vehichle. Yet I still owe 800 something bucks on my truck. Any suggestions what can me done.. Thanks

Pic and Pay auto are terrible!!! Their customer service is horrible. Wanda has hung up the phone on me Joe just thinks everything is funny and he always says he doesn't know anything. Police has been called due to the fact they don't know how to communicate with a customers. I have brought a 2005 dodge magnum from them 3 months ago and the first day I got it I have been having problems like the car can't stay on it keeps cutting off on me to no dash board lights. I keep saying to myself how in the world did this car pass inception. They have had my car on and off for the pass 3 months trying to fix it but it's still isn't fixed. I have contacted a lawyer because I have a 3 month child and our lives are in danger from a car they sold and lied about passing inception. Please stay away from them they are by far the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with in my life! I wish I would've took my $2,000 down payment elsewhere I was just so fast and excited that I wasn't thinking straight and made a bad decision. Never say I didn't worn you

I have just purchased my second car from Pic N Pay. About 4 years ago I purchased a 1996 Ford with only 90,000 miles. I still have this vechile and it is still going strong. Today, I just bought a 2005 Chevy. Jessie works very well with you and will make sure he does everything he can to make you leave happily with the car of your choice. The staff is very friendly, especially the handsome sales guy!
