Called late morning for piping issues due to bath tub replacement, and they were here within a few hours. They helped to stabilize the tub the first day (Friday), and offered to return Saturday morning to finish the job. they showed up on time, treated myself and my family great. they rerouted the piping in the sub floor, attached the piping to the tub and got us on the path to finishing the project. Nick listened to our concerns, understood and worked with us, as well as us working with them. they took the stress of battling with the tub and the existing pipes, and assured us that it can be fixed. Genevie plumbing is now our go to company for plumbing. Holly

Wow! A lifesaver! The faucet in my downstairs basement broke and hot water was gushing out everywhere ( I had know idea how to turn the water off!) I originally called another plumbing company, Jiffy Plumbing, and they told me it would take AN HOUR to get to my house (it was around 6pm at night). NO WAY, I called Genevie and since they are located in Charles County, their plumber (David) arrived at my house within 20 minutes! I was sooooooo thankful. He even let me go to Lowe's and purchase a faucet...and when I got back he installed the faucet quickly...saving me money. And what's even better, i had no choice but to trust David in my home while I ran to Lowes (I live alone)...and when I got back, nothing was taken :-)



I think I received a fair price considering it was after hours and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company, when you need a plumber FAST! Also, within days, I received a thank you card in the mail...first class!
