Went into this store just to ask a couple of questions and see if they stocked any Grout and found the person working to be very rude and uninterested in me being in there , so I left and went elsewhere. Should work on their people skills.

I will never walk in to this store again. I have never been in a store where I felt so rushed. It was as though the owner did not want me there after simply asking him a few questions. I know my job was a small one with only 150 feet but I felt I deserved more time than I was given. The lady there brushed me off as well. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for my tile. All I can say is ... BEWARE!!!!

I recently had my hardwood done by the guys at Rawlings , the brothers were a great in helping me get my floors done as soon as possible.

Excellent job installing tile. In fact we were gone when they installed and the job was done perfectly. The sales people iat the store were very helpful and patient. The pricing was thorough and accurate. No Extras. In fact I am now going to use them for my bathroom now that my kitchen looks so good! Good, local small business.

Great service from beginning to end. I needed questions answered an they did that for me. The installation was first rate and on time. The whole process was what they said it would be. You can't get this kind of an experience at the big box stores. Very price competitive as well. Very pleased!
