My problem is the product itself. I bought a top with glass rather than plastic window. The top's framing had to be slightly redesigned. The moveable bar was made with a sharp pointy end which would if not extremely careful pinch the top when down. Many times I would let it lay folded loosely to avoid damage. It has been three years and even with all my effort it made a hole in the top. Emailed the manufacturer and have not received a response.
