I would give less if possible! Very poor customer service. Never showed up for appointment - never called. When I called them I was told they would find out what happened and call me back in 5 min. I waited 3 hours and called them back. They were still "finding out what happened". Never called me back and then had another company call me to set up appt for $20 more. I called and spoke with Jim who really had no reason or excuse other than "we're a small company and sometimes mistakes happen". When I asked about the other company being $20 more (because they were a technician and would be better? Then why did they convince me earlier to have their guy go out for less $) I would have thought they would at least discount the $20 but no! Nothing to offset my time I waited for them to show up or the time spent and lack of follow through yesterday with calls! I tried to give "local, small company" my business but they need to learn about customer service if they are going to stay in business!
