Professional, effective, friendly. I tried laser hair removal for the first time with a Living Social (Groupon-like) voucher for CosMedica. I was incredibly hesitant and skeptical but was tired of dealing with my embarrassing and thick, unruly underarm hair every day. Ellen is likely one of the best in her field. She is professional, calm, confident and knowledgable. Kim, who did my last treatment, is also friendly, skilled and professional. Treatments are thorough, but quick and efficient to minimize any pain or discomfort. After 3 treatments, my hair is virtually non-existant. Nothing has grown back yet since the last treatment. After this, I am considering upper lip hair removal. I receive other discount offers for laser hair removal at other spas from time to time via Groupon & Living Social, and once in a while I am lured for a moment by the good deal. But then I remember how thoroughly easy, great and successful my experience at CosMedica has been; why go mess with a sure thing? They will definitely get my business above and beyond the Groupon. They've changed my life, and were so pleasant in the process!
