Horrible (non-existent) service. 128 installed a new gas furnace in our house one year ago. They recommended I have the unit serviced by them every year, so I called them and asked them to service it. Apparently "servicing" the system doesn't even include changing the air filter. Their technician told me what I already knew -- the condensate pump they installed a year ago had "failed" (and I'd have to pay for a new one -- way to stand behind your work, 128). Then he proposed a set of "solutions" -- upgrades I never asked for -- that were between $3000 and $9000. I turned them down. Then I was told it would be $600 for him to replace the failed pump and change the filter. The pump is $40 retail; the filters are $40 for a two-pack, retail. I told him I'm all set. Still of course had to pay him $189 for nothing -- for coming out and telling me the equipment they installed a year ago didn't work any more. Find someone else to do your plumbing/heating/AC.
