Thanks Janko for the quick turnaround and excellent repairs over the years.

Dropped my car off for an oil and oil filter change and also a wheel alignment. The bill indicated charges for the work I had requested. The shop manager could not produce the alignment print out report and admitted that the alignment was not done. The charges were deducted from my bill but only because I had asked about the work. The shop manager needs to have a system in place that will guarantee that the worked is actually done before charging the customer.
