So busy planning my daughters birthday party and then having to change it the week before we didn't get her cake ordered. We went to the other big box store(WAL*@!#) and they said one day was not enough time. So frustrated, I immediately called cash-wise and they did not even blink, took the order over the phone and said it would be done in time for the party. The extra 2 dolllars is so worth the customer service that we received. thank you.
