I have always had excellent service, polite workers that do not speak very good english but get the point across politely, the food has always been really good and have never had a dish we did not like. Go there at least 3 times a month!

Good service for a chinese restaurant. Great Food!!

Average food; terrible service.

I ordered a take out and paid for it at the restaurant. I wanted to pick it up on the next day. When my sister picked it up and the owner charged her again, saything no one pay for the take out yet. When my sister told me, I feel so angry and went to the restaurant getting the money back for my sister. I paid for it with my credit card, so I had a receipt, but my sister paid them in cash, and the owner did not give any receipt. When I talk to the owner, she was so rude and gave me all kind of excuse, and still did not give me back the money. She is not honest. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is not so great anyway!

I do not believe the way the receptionist lady,talked to me on the phone,I called in after work trying to order porkhash,I had hard time understanding her accent, She yelled in to the phone (the way you yell into the phone when harrassing phone call rings at your house) "WE NO MORE PORKHASH!!OK !!! NO MORE!!!"and she hung up on me...hello?i am a customer...oh i WAS a customer.I buy my party platters from there but after the bad greeting from these people no more! They lost another customer...shame on them and its their chinese new year,Jade Garden...what a way to roll in your chinese new year...
