Provided by YP.comcriminal fraud docs roam the corridors of this deathtrap. beware of the maui heart and vascular operating uot of here. in one instance they sawed a mans chest open and then immediately closed him up again to look like a cabg surgery and collect a tidy pprofit off the poor mans med benefits. horrific crimes commited here. this has all been reported to Hawaii med fraud run out of this hospital. they tell us this is not illegal. the doctors and med staff have a very poor sense of wrong and right

Provided by YP.comunprofessional staff, ended up calling them to get information about 4 times but were unhelpful each time, the best call went like this:
them: you need to have your medical records faxed before you can make an appointment
me: can I get the fax number?
them: what department do you need?
me: I'm confused, do you mean like do I need to see a family doctor or a specialist?
them: no, what department do you want?
me: what are my choices?
them: kahului, wailuku
me: like what city do I want my appointment in?
them: no, what department do you want?
me: I don't know what you're asking . . .
then they hung up on me
are we not speaking the same language and how rude to hang up on a potential patient, guess they're not here for the customer service and perhaps they receive enough patients through insurance, but glad to know it and moving on.
communication is very important - if I'm the patient then I need to be heard so I can be helped in the right way - I wonder how many people they've given the wrong diagnosis to, they're a terrible clinic up front and that tells me that they're a terrible clinic in back

Provided by YPmobileI asked the emergency room staff at the maui memorial hospital if there were any dentists here that can pull a tooth. Instead of them saying no there are no dentists here . They told me i had to fill out a form for them to help me. I did fill out the form, i didnt think they would trick me out of money. So they admitted me a dr perscribed me pain killers and antibiotics and said no there are no dentists in the building or in any hospitals .. I said then why would you admit someone and perscribe drugs to someone who was only there only to ask a question..it costed me 200 bucks to find out there are no dentists in any hospitals . Again i was only asking if there were any dentists here that can pull a tooth.. Renex
