The Arc in Hawaii is a nonprofit agency that serves people with intellectual and related developmental disabilities in Hawaii. It offers community-based support and day services to more than 200 individuals in Honolulu, Pearl City and Wahiawa, Hawaii. The agency provides individualized services that include respite and habilitation support and supported employment. The Arc in Hawaii offers residential services through more than 12 developmental disabilities domiciliary homes and several apartment buildings. Its Ancillary Services Department specializes in the supervision, monitoring and direction of case management, nursing and social work services, as well as recreation, occupational, physical and speech therapies. The Arc in Hawaii s staff is trained and certified by the state of Hawaii's Department of Health Visions Program. With one of its offices in Wahiawa, Hawaii, the agency is a part of the Arc of the United States and a partner of Aloha United Way.
