My husband and I have had great experiences with Golden Rule. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. And their policy of employing those with disabilities is another wonderful reason to keep coming back.

They made me wait around 45 minutes to discuss lowering the price of an item with the supervisor. Come to find out the supervisor let me know it was actually "worth" $20 more then the price I was given. Although it was not my error, the supervisor stuck to the price she made up on the spot. So I wasted nearly an hour while no one was apologetic in the slightest.
