I had great service when I came in to pick up a package.

Great customer service! Chelsea was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and answer all my questions.

If I could give them a negative number I would, that should tell you everything you need to know

I gave them a 1 star because a 1/2 star wasn't a choice. This service stinks big time. Terrible service. Won't answer there local phone and the 800 number doesn't even know that the Waco location is closed on Sat and Sun. They told me I could pick up my package on Sunday because they supposedly missed me on Friday (no message left on door to even say they'd tried) and when I got there it was closed up tight as a drum.
