I called Mazda around 10:30am due to check engine light. Got appt at 1pm the same day. Dropped my vehicle off during my lunch and they had a driver that dropped me off back at work --with 35 min still left on my lunch hour!! Then he came and picked me up when I got off at 5pm---waiting at the back door with the AC running which was awesome during this heat.. Also speedy checkout with Lisa when I got back to the dealership !!!

A different "shady" Mazda dealer lead to to U Mazda. I really couldn't have have asked for a better car dealer experience. U Mazda didn't give me any bad feelings after I purchased my car. Often times my wife and I will say "remember that dealership" because of the bad experience, it was not that way here. We knew what we wanted and a fair deal was made and we were on our way. On top of that, years later U Mazda was able to help me out with another situation that left me with warm fuzzy's. I'd say wherever you purchase a car, do research first, and know what you want and expect.

I purchased my first car at University Mazda and Eric Demeter was the sales manager who helped me. His expertise, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge made my car-purchasing experience so enjoyable, easy and stress-free. From explaining pros and cons about various models to sharing knowledge about driving in the Seattle area to hunting down the perfect color for my car, Eric went above and beyond.

We recently purchased our 4th new Mazda from University Mazda. Ten years ago, when we purchased our first vehicle, Chris Wayne was the sales manager. Chris also sold us our second car. We were so pleased with him and University Mazda that our third vehicle was purchased sight unseen over the phone! Chris has now moved up to General Manager, so we dealt with Sonny this time. He is just as great as Chris! When we first started dealing with University Mazda, we lived in the Seattle area. We now live near Spokane, but driving the 5 hours to University Mazda is worth it. We cannot recommend this dealership enough, It's G.M. and sales people are friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and low pressure.

I did a lot of research online before finding a low mile 2013 Honda Pilot LX with this dealer. Gary Chairez was the salesperson that we dealt with and we were very happy with our buying experience. We were able to reach an agreement on the price of the vehicle over the phone before traveling south to test drive. Ended up loving the Pilot and drove home with it a few hours later. Gary was very friendly and not pushy in any way. He was a pleasure to work with. Their finance director Winnie Lam was also very friendly and we got through the necessary paperwork quickly. Over all a great buying experience and would definitely work with them again in the future.

All of the employees I met were polite and professional. My sales representative Hector Ortega was very helpful and had every thing ready when I arrived at the dealership. The paperwork process was very quick and easy.

We can't say enough great things about University Mazda, Eric our Salesperson and Duane the Sales Manager! We bought a new Miata, our third, from University Mazda. We had been to Lee Johnson Mazda first and they left us less than enthused. Poor follow up and they were not willing to negotiate a win win deal. We had to 'chase' the sales guy via phone and text to get him to call us back. We always check out the competition and this made us want to more. Eric understood we wanted to buy the car and negotiated in a fair way so that we got a MUCH better trade in our truck. He phoned around to see what the best deal he could get and beat LJ Mazda's trade in price by almost 2K. Totally win win! We got a better trade in price and they knew they could sell our trade in and make money. Eric was prompt in getting back to us and listening to our point of view. We walked in Monday night and Wednesday night we were driving our new baby home! Thanks University Mazda! Zoom! Zoom!

Everyone I worked with was great, from the front desk to Kevin in sales and the two James'. They were knowledgeable about the cars, and I got exactly the one I came in to find- traded my Mazda6 for a Mazda3 hatchback. The process took a bit too long, but they are working on streamlining. Friendly and fun, I would return to University Mazda.

Salesman was friendly, informative, and patient (lots of mind changing by me). Finance manager was helpful and not the least bit pushy.

Kris and Kevin were excellent, no pressure salesmen. Great attitudes that made the review and test drive of vehicles fun while at the same time providing the information needed. We are new to Kia and our vehicle is new but so far love it!

From the greeting to the end of the sale, they really helped and wanted to get us into the car of our choice (2014 Kia Optima) No pressure selling No pushing anything on us! I have purchased three cars from this dealership. They make the process easy and have worked to get me the car I want. My last purchase is more than I expected but Danny worked to get me in the car I wanted for the payment I could afford. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. While Danny was busy with other customers, Hector took care of me and all the paperwork. Great guys to work with and they made the process as painless as possible. I serviced my other Sorento with them regularly and they have always taken care of me. Lisa in service does a great job!

These guys treated us very well. They were super friendly, informative, and didn't pressure at all. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The price was even less than their original quote!

Dan was available for many test drives, different vehicles, Steve & Steve took care of the financial end, each answered my endless questions making sure I was okay with everything.
