After he diagnosed and told me he could do the job he charged me $125 and told me he couldn't and I should trade my car in. Then he lied to me about how long he worked on my car and I knew he was lying because I was at the scene when he said he was and he had already collected the money from my wife and left the job with no work done. So the outcome of doing business with him is I paid him $125 to tell me I needed to trade my car in because he did no work that made any kind of difference to my problem.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received from Premier / Tommy. My girlfriend and I found a truck we wanted to purchase in the Waco area, however we live in Houston, a 3 hour-ish drive away. We got in contact with Tommy and he did a pre-purchase vehicle inspection the following day at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the truck was not in as good a shape as the seller described it so we decided to pass, however, the very detailed assessment and photos (etc) saved us at least a 6 hour round trip, if not many thousands of dollars in future repairs had we bought it, as we wouldn't have spotted all the issues that Tommy did. While we didn't actually use Premier for a service call to repair our vehicle, I certainly would be using them for all my repair needs if they were located in Houston. Customer service and communication is first rate! Give them a call.. You won't regret it!
