When my mom was unhappy with the work the did they told her, and I quote, "that's not our problem." When she told them she was going to complain to higher ups, they said, and I quote, "Go right ahead".

Serviced by this company, after waiting 2 days for an appt, on Wednesday by a supposed Master Plumber and item was never fixed. Called to have them fix again on Friday and they said they could not come until Monday. On Monday no phone call no show...called office and total confusion only to find out they "do not" work on water heaters. Yet they charged me and worked on it to no avail once already. Amazing disaster!
