Chris & his staff are highly trustworthy & honest. They will tell you exactly how much the repair will be before doing the work is started. No surprises upon completion. I have had mine & my wife's car serviced there. Lowest price in town, best quality work in town. Very quick turn around on the work also. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. Support local businesses when I can. They are worth every penny!

It is a pretty small shop so I was a little worried about taking my car there, but I didn't have much choice. After giving me a ride to campus, they diagnosed my car, and didn't end up doing any work on it because they did some research and found out the part in question was under recall. They got a hold of the dealer and arranged for them to tow my car and do the recall work for free.



They charged me a $45 diagnostic fee (a bit steep) but I felt it was so worth it for the money they saved me and the great customer service.

Perales Brothers Automotive provided the best customer service at the lowest price!!! Even though I do not live in Waco, I have made them first choice for all my automotive repair needs. The owners and staff were amazing after my car broke down while traveling through the area. They deserve the highest marks in customer satisfaction!!!! THANK YOU PERALES BROTHERS AUTO...
