NeighborWorks® Waco is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to build stronger neighborhoods through homeownership and other quality housing opportunities. If you have been thinking about purchasing a home of your own, but aren't sure if homeownership is for you, here is our message: You CAN do it! And we can help. Since 1993, we have built or rehabbed over 260 homes and assisted well over 2,000 families in purchasing their first home. Our services consist of Credit Counseling, Financial Literacy and Homebuyer Education, Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance, Mortgage Lending, and New Home Construction.
