They bought a Impreza from me about 4 months ago. They were fair and did not cheat me.

Family owned business with GREAT customer service and choice of cars to be the size they are!

We found them to have a big selection of used cars but the lot was full. We ended up getting my daughter a nice little SUV at a great price. It has worked out well so far. Overall it was a easy transaction and it seems to be run very friendly & professional.

I bought a 2010 Ford F-150 from Lacy Autos. It's the third vehicle I have purchased from Lacy Autos in the past 6 years. I am extremely happy with the truck, and the customer service is impeccable. Justin Blancett is the incredible sales professional who always helps me, I know I'll get a fair deal and be treated incredibly well! He's very thorough, considerate, patient, personable, knowledgeable and a complete pleasure to deal with. Of course, I'm planning my next vehicle for my 15 year old son to again be from here! The entire experience at Lacy Autos is phenomenal.

Lacy Autos should introduce a course at Harvard business school on the science of customer service. Graduates would have a MCS degree from the Lacy Autos school of business at Harvard. They are that good. I will for sure be back!

From the time I walked in the door I felt very comfortable and when I met Justin Blancett, the General Manager, all my fears about buying a car by myself went away. Justin has a very calming effect and his ability to answer all of my questions with complete authority was truly outstanding. He took his time in showing me the car that I desired. I then had a chance to road test the car. He was very patient in answering all my inquiries which made me very comfortable. He has stayed in touch with me to see if I had any concerns and when I did he was ready, willing and able to assist me. The customer service is truly outstanding. I am totally pleased and have recommended Lacy Autos to ALL of my family and friends.
