I dropped my car off at 1030am and picked it up around 3. On the serface it looked fine. But looking at the details that you would expect from a detail wash and I definitely didn’t receive the full value that was charged. I spoke with 3 different managers who treated me as if I was just wanting something for free. I was completely embarrassed! I left the establishment without a solution and in very poor spirits!

Had my car washed today,the better wash for 21.00. When he finished, he had not wiped anything on my car, inside still dirty, bugs on front, tires had not been cleaned. I asked him to clean tires. He said yiou have to pay for that. I told him I did, and he said, oh. But he didn't do it. This is the 2nd time we have had a sorry job there, will not go back. I brought my car home and cleaned it. Still out the 21.00. I will not go back and have been a customer there for a while. Do not recommend them to anyone.

Cashier very rude. If my car hadn't started I would have left.

My wife took our vehicle to have it detailed inside and out after a child threw up inside. Was quoted $180.00 for the complete detail job plus $50.00 for human waste disposal fee. She paid $230.00. I called to complain about the $50 fee and after back and forth with a manager, he offered to "give" me a free $21.00 wash or $10.00 back. I took the $10.00. Later that day when we picked up the vehicle and returned home, I took the floor mats out of the vehicle and they were soaking wet. The seats and carpet were also wet. I had to leave the vehicle open for several days with a fan blowing inside the vehicle and leave the mats draped over saw horses to drip dry. This is not the worst part....the vehicle and seats still have the odor of vomit.

...7/5/'14...p/u dirty from rain etc.got good wash $31 for that reason, needed some elbow grease, GOTTA have Windows, wheels, & tires looking good always...guy walks around trk. 3x's continually looking 4 me, walk out dubs r filthy, with dirty with dirt not grease, I grab a towel go to cleaning the wheels, worker says wheels they r pitted or something,I know very minor, they shine/sparkle when clean..son shows me sales receipt...something like if not to my satisfaction will be redone, go inside cashier takes receipt to guy in office, he comes out annoyed says I can have$3.99 back goes out side tells worker to stop cleaning my wheels, sorry that's not too my satisfaction...the dirt, which came off with little window cleaner and towel and pride in a good job was all that was needed...I paid for a good wash....and I always tip good to a worker that cleans with pride...4 give me but no tip on this day...

I used to be a loyal customer, but lately things has changed. I took my truck up there to get washed and when it came out I had scratches on the tail gate. Manager said they will buff it out. Well that didn't work. They also washed it again. And it came out with scratches on the left side of my truck. Manager tried to tell me that it wasn't their fault. This is a warning if you do decide to get your car washed there. Don't just jump in and drive off. Look at your car before and after.

Here early, got pushed back in line. Wont be back.

What a great customer service wash Excellent

They are very friendly, courteous and listen to the customers needs. I am very particular about my car and what i want done and not touched and they did a beautiful job with it making it like new again. I will definately return.

They do an excellent job. I have used them many times - both for oil change service and wash. Very friendly staff and I never have to come home and "reclean" it because there are streaks or places they did not get wiped down.
