Excellent service! I have a hard time finding dresses and I walked in without an appointment and right away they were friendly and helpful to find a dress for my event! I will definitely come back for all my dress needs!! Great service and clean store!

I made an appointment with very short notice! Amy who is the assistant manager is so sweet. My sister was not able to join us for BM dresses without hesitation Amy agreed to try on three dresses I selected for her so I could send photos. While making decisions, no one rushed us into making purchases. We were allowed to sit in the back and talk for about an hour. Amy & Tabitha were so helpful, always wore a smile. Even hugged us as we left! I had a very bad experience at the College Station location (that is closer to me) but I will travel the extra miles just for the great service!

Expect your order to be messed up! I have ordered 3 times from there, and all 3 times, they have given me someone else's order, or called to tell me I havn't picked up my dress (2 weeks after I actually did pick it up), and sales staff is just that....sales staff. They fit you for your dress, but almost always it will need alterations (which is just more money in their pocket). I highly would recommend to go else where!!!!!

This store is overpriced. The sales staff is, for the most part, helpful and nice, but stay away from the main salesclerk. She is extremely rude and treats customers as though she is their mother, their doctor, and their legal counsel. She made my shopping experience awful, and I will never go back to this store.



AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. There are far nicer places in Waco to find your bridal attire that both cost less and have more helpful sales staff.

They leave you alone for 30min in a dressing room w/o mirrors! Atleast a dozen kids,teen boys ,dad's all roaming around right outside the dressing room door so when you open it to find a mirror...there they all are!!! They never came back to check on me, so when I walked out, they didn't even notice. This is not the kind of service or atmosphere you want when picking out a dress for your really special occaision whatever it may be. I needed a dress for my son's wedding...still do. It sure won't come from David's Bridal Waco that's for sure!!!!

During prom season I went in there to look for a dress and jewelry. Not knowing that my mom had bought the jewelry I bought it. I noticed it as soon as I got into the car and went back inside right away. They would not exchange it for store credit nor refund me my money even though I had just bought it!!



Their prom dresses were also awful, ugly and expensive as well!!
