DO NOT use carbajal. They have lost many checks, when I went to get my apartment they never even had the keys and nothing was ever updated or cleaned like they said. I have yet to receive a safety deposit check because they are unorganized and constantly blame coworkers and don't do anything about it. They are rude and constantly yelling at each other in their office even with clients there. Their properties are embarrassing at best. Worst experience. None of my friends or classmates would even think of using them.

I would NEVER suggest anyone renting or leasing from these people. It takes forever to get things fixed and they are not friendly at all. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.

NEVER LIVE HERE!!! I had to clean the place when I moved IN! And I cleaned the place for HOURS before I moved out and they STILL charged me for cleaning!! Ridiculous! NEVER LIVE HERE!!
