Do not use Advance Roofing the owner is Lionel Jonni Aviles from McGregor/Waco, TX for any type of work! He was a referral. Doing what you did, not providing the services you were paid to do. The roof job that was done has such significant damages and beyond repairs caused by you/ your roofing co. They are not experienced roofers and should be ashamed of themselves! No codes were followed city permit, the number of nails needed per shingle, did not inspect anything, or change out any of the vents, or boards, and only here to collect the insurance money! Another roofing co must start all over due to the HORRENDOUS workmanship done!

Unfortunately, I found this out after there was a really hard rain and my NEW ROOF and GARAGE of 3 months started to leak! I want to warn everyone to beware! You will regret it!
