Went to A & C Computers after some co-workers recommended them. I had a cracked screen on my laptop, it was only $65 to install plus the price of the screen, much cheaper than I thought it would be. The staff was friendly and the computer tech answered all my questions that I had, even about my big computer at home, which I will definitely bring to this place. Also, they told me exactly what it would cost beforehand and that's what it cost me. Very happy with them - not always easy to find honest repair places.

A friend of ours recommended this computer shop about 4 years ago. They are always professional, honest and very detailed. They treat us like we are family and go to great lengths to explain our problems before fixing. I highly recommend A & C computers.

I first went to a nationally known computer store, and they said my computer problem was a bad motherboard and that I would need to buy a new computer. A friend told me about A & C, so I went there for a second opinion. I appreciate this company's patience in explaining their diagnosis in detail. The technician told me that the real problem was a Windows problem and not anything to do the motherboard. So glad to have my computer back in good working order and the repair was a very reasonable price. Nice to know I can depend on them. Recommend highly.

This computer company has gained my trust, they are always honest and explain things completely while giving me a diagnosis. I feel confident in sending many of my business associates and friends to A & C and they've always said they were very satisfied. Highly recommend this place! J.B.

After charging me $370.22 to repair a simple software issue, I still had to fix my computer myself. They "claimed" the mother board was bad, even after I told them I knew about the USB controller issue because THEY had fixed it about 2 years ago for me!! The computer wouldn't boot up without hitting F1, the sound didn't work, and they completely fried my TV tuner card. After taking it back, they "fixed" the boot up issue by removing the tuner card. Said they could replace that, cheapest they could find was $170, but they wouldn't charge me for install. I found a DUAL TV tuner card for $130 and installed it myself. Their complete lack of contact regarding the entire issue was nil. They were still confused after I told them THEY repaired the USB issued previously, and still insist that my fiance' picked up the computer when I picked it up myself. I'm afraid I cannot recommend this computer repair company since they refuse all responsibility for their own destructiveness.
