I couldn't be happier with this store. ive been to home depot and best buy but american freight seems to be the best ive been to so far. There was employees able to answer my questions and make my shopping experience stress free. Unfortunately you cant haggle with prices but i cant complain since i got almost half off a product with a tiny tiny scratch, Thanks for being a big help, cliff and chris.

The delivery system at this place is horrific. My husband and I purchased a stove and scheduled a delivery for a Wednesday. Due to some sort of computer glitch the delivery was not properly scheduled for that day, but the sales lady assured us that she would personally make sure it was delivered that day. My husband took of work and- surprise-no stove. So he called and rescheduled for today, Sunday. When he called this morning to see what time we could expect the delivery he was told that we were not on the schedule and the private delivery company they use was already out for the day. They appear to have no way of communicating with the delivery people. They claimed they could not call them. (??!??) No one at Sears wants to take the blame. We were told they had 'texted the manager.' Ummm, no. Pick up the phone, call someone, and figure it out. After three hours of phone calls and promises to "call us right back" (never happened) we ended up driving to the store, squeezing the stove into our small crossover, and installing it ourselves. The gentleman who helped us (Phillip) blamed his manager and acted like we should be thankful we received a refund for the delivery that never took place and a $60 discount. Thanks for nothing, buddy.
